All food bills are presented at the end of the meal – no more than two bills per table. Drinks bills are also presented at the end of the meal but can be individually organised if required. All bills have a optional 10% service charge added – gratuities go entirely to the staff.

* Mrs Lyn Cleverly OBE was a wholehearted admirer and supporter of outdoor pursuits for underprivileged children. To help encourage that spirit, for every soup dish sold, 20p will be donated to the Shaftesbury Young People’s Arethusa Venture Centre based at Lower Upnoor.

**John Ward died tragically from mesothelioma and was cared for admirably by the Ellenor Lions Hospices. In his memory for every calves liver dish sold 25p will be donated to Ellenor.
